All content on the site (design, the RALVE brand, logo, source code) is owned by RALVE, a brand operated by Roberto Gómez, except for content generated by users themselves and video game data/images, ownership of which belongs to their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of liability

RALVE acts as a technology intermediary between users who catalog, buy and sell items with each other. It is not a party to transactions carried out between users and does not guarantee the truthfulness, quality or legality of items published by third parties, without prejudice to the verification tools (RalveProof) it makes available to users as informational assistance, not as a guarantee.
